Our world has become virtual and real estate has not been left behind in this. Just over 20% of my transactions last year were bought sight unseen via FaceTime, Youtube videos, and listing photos. Almost all of these buyers didn’t see the property in person until after they had closed.
Beautiful and well priced properties are still selling quickly.. Buyers often don’t have time to fly down and see a property in person before it’s gone under contract.
How it Works:
I schedule a showing on your behalf.
Once I get to the property I get a video of the entire home/condo, inside and out. I also get videos of the views and community amenities. I also pay close attention to anything that is important to you such as closet size, kitchen appliances, and how clean the HVAC is.

I recently had the pleasure of helping an awesome family from Michigan purchase their dream property on the Alabama Gulf Coast. This family had a dream house in mind and together we looked for well over a year to find it.
With both the buyers and myself diligently searching the MLS we were able to find a beautiful bay front home in Gulf Shores, in the Fort Morgan area, with a brand new dock and boat house for UNDER their desired purchase price.
We quickly made an offer, went under contract, and closed 30 days later.
This family bought the house sight unseen and purchased the house using facetime, detailed videos, and the inspection report. Aventura is one of the most desired and coveted subdivisions in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This is a new subdivision built by DR Horton and Truland. The location, builder warranties, subdivision amenities, and gold fortified homes make it one of the best subdivisions to purchase in.
