Whether you're looking in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fairhope, Foley - and anywhere in between - there is a plethora of new homes and builders to choose from.
New Construction is one of the best values/buys you can get in our current market. The price per square foot, builder warranties, and insurance costs can't be beat.
New construction is also still appreciating FAST making it an awesome investment as well as a primary home.
But not all builders and communities are the same. Many builders offer different incentives and options and it's important that buyers know everything they
have to offer before deciding who will build their next home.
- Some builders build to Gold Fortified standards so your insurance costs can be 50% cheaper or MORE! Some builders do not.
- Some builders will pay most of the closing costs, some will not.
- Some builders have even negotiated lower interest rates for their buyers.
